information about the co-operation in the North-Western Metropolitan
Area.</P>
<P>The Programme Secretariat, located in London, is responsible for
the implementation of the programme on behalf of all or part of
Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands
and the United Kingdom.</P>
